Anyway I'm re-designing the layout for my site and getting it back up and running so I made a mock up of what I wanted to do http://trinest.com/index.html and then I made a sort of a attempt to code it http://trinest.com/index.php now the coded version with the div's screwed up bad.

But then I thought of doing it like my older design http://trinest.com/sk.php and just using each modual of the design in the image as one of the header blocks and work my way from there.

If anyone has any input on how I should do this design or if I should make it more 'omfg' speak up.

I like the green one better since it's easier on the eyes.

Although, the way you have the black one designed looks more organised and professional.

Use the green colour scheme and work it into the layout of the black one.

Sometimes I think I was born backwards
No longer keen on black backgrounds for sites in general, so even though the green in the third is fugly, I pick it.
