Sense is not common.
Been playing some more LOTR over the past few days.

I finally got past Helms Deep, with a little strategic planning. I do fail to see how a dozen cave trolls ended up there, though. Oh well, I smote them full wrothe.

As soon as I finished Helms Deep I go thrown straight into the battle of Osgiliath. Not even a nice run through the forest between the two. There it was revealed that the main character, Berethor, was actually enchanted by Sauroman to hunt down and kill Boromir. Which I find utterly foolish, as Boromir is never even seen in the game, apart from movie cutscenes. And he's killed by orcs. Nor Berethors.

The last battle in Osgiliath was really tough, and it took me many tries to get past it. There were orc master mage things that could cast a spell that caused all the enemy to reflect back on you any damage your characters inflicted on them. You can imagine how frustrating that is. I have one character in a party of six that can remove the spell from the enemy, so of course he was the one that constantly died.

After that I had to fight that flying nazgul thing. Twice. And then I staggered to a save point and called it a day.

I have noticed that my main characters have been levelling up very differently. The Gondorian, Boromir has a very smooth progression. My dwarf has been extremely powerful for a long time, but doesn't seem to be improving much now. And my ranger was pathetically weak up until a few levels ago, and can now hold his own. It's nice to see a RPG were there really are differences between races and classes.
I know that you believe that you understood what you think I said, but I am not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.- Robert McCloskey

Nice to see you're progressing well Chia.
I actually made some headway in Ouendan by accident last night. I was practicing up for the competition (zomg plug!) when I actually beat the song I was up to when I last played. Bonus!

Oh, the song was the one with Cleopatra on hard, by the way.

Been playing AoE3 and ArchLord Beta lately.

AoE 3 is good, much better than the demo. I really hated what i saw in the demo but the final thing turns out o be pretty fun, a very focus on cannons and gunpowder units and its funny too when you see guys get flung into the air cause they just got smashed by a cannonball. its got pretty good graphics and physics.

ArchLord on the other hand, although its in beta, its apparantly in very late beta, rumored to launch later this month. i must, it isn't even close to being finished. they dont even have movement right for starters, took me several minutes to get that sorted. i cant be bothered explaining all the other bugs this game has. dont buy it unless you've read somewhere that they have drastically patched it or something.
