The whole pack is pretty awesome, though it tends to screw you with its difficulty. This week's DLC was pretty disappointing...Only song I'd really want out of that is Girls on Flm, and even then that could be boring to play, will have to check out a vid. Next weeks DLC is even more disappointing. Not because of its content, but because of the precedent it sets. The disappointing thing here is that two of the songs are ones I already own. Limelight as DLC and Tom Sawyer on the disc. But those are covers. I know they're practically giving the songs people probably own away (like 40 points each), but if they start getting MORE masters for DLC that are already represented by covers... well, I ain't buying any covers no more unless they're ridiculously discounted too. |

I'm sure you all know by now, but the game is finally making its way down under. Comes out Nov 7th (a week before GHWT I believe) for all four consoles. PS2/Wii version goes for $250 which includes drums, guitar, mic and the game. PS3/360 version goes for $330 and includes the same. That's AUD by the way. For once it actually works out better to buy locally than importing. No word on any exclusive Aussie content or DLC yet. I can't imagine it'll be the same as the EU version, since that had French/German/etc. as bonuses. RB2 has AC/DC, maybe there'll be a few tracks of theirs? *shrugs* |

Yar, AU (beyond importers) pretty much belongs to GH. If EA brought out RB2 instead or even just the instruments for RB2 it might be different, but they haven't. |

Yep. Screw anything I have said previously about not buying this or whatever. I plonked this down on layby today at Big W and I will probably pick it up before Chrissy i'd say. Already DLC I can grab on the PSN store now too which is great stuff. |

Recently finished: Uncharted, Ratchet and Clank:TOD, Bionic Commando Rearmed Playing: LittleBigPlanet, Rockband!!!111 Yes. In under 3 months I went from being a 360 owner to a PS3 owner. Idiotic? Maybe. Financial Stupidity? Definately. Do I care? No bloody way!

Do they have restrictions on what credit cards you can use for regional accounts? If not, you could just up and buy whatever you wanted from the US PS store. May not be worth it depending on how fast they release songs, though. The biggest thing Rock Band has over Guitar Hero at the moment is that they have over 400 songs available for download, they should fast track them. |

I dunno. They have the Offspring packs already up and heaps of other tracks and and albums. I doubt as much stuff as the US PSN store but still they have rolled out a number of stuff pretty early in the piece. |
