According to Famitsu magazine, Namco have announced two new Tales of games. First up is Tales of Symphonia 2: Knights of Ratatosk, a sequel to the GameCube game. They also reveal Tales of Innocence for the DS. Little is known about the titles, bar the names, so stay tuned for more details. For Tales fans who own other consoles, Famitsu also announced Tales of Rebirth for PSP, a port of the PS2 game of the same name, and Tales of Destiny: Director's Cut, a new version of the game that appeared on both the PS1 and PS2. The platform for Tales of Destiny: Director's Cut is currently unknown. Posts: 209 Group: Members Member #1,017 Joined: October 23, 2006	Yea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I really enjoyed ToS, it was pretty much my fav game on the GC. It will be great to get my hands on the sequel.

Deleted User	Lloyd will return? So Helyn, what sort of thing would Lloyd say/do to usher in his return? (She is eeriely like Lloyd...) That pic must be from an early development shot because it simply doesn't look as good as ToS.

All the main characters from the previous games will make an appearance but are so far unplayable. Instead, the game will follow Emile Castagnie and Malta, both of whom are 16 years old. Movement is taken away form the analogue stick, and now the Wii Remote's pointer will do the job of navigating. Another new addition to Knights of Ratatosk is the ability to capture monsters and using them in battles. Bandai Namco also promise a higher texture resolution than Tales of Symphonia. Tales of Symphonia: Knights of Ratatosk is planned for release in Spring 2008 for Japan Also a Japanese teaser site has been launched which can be accessed here.

And here's some slightly blurry photos, One and Two. I am very, very much looking forward to this game! I think it's looks great. :) The characters look really nice and it's interesting to see that Lloyd, Zelos, Genis and Collette (so far) are making some sort of come back. Oh and monster collecting.
