WHY SO SERIOUS!

It will take some time to get everything sorted but I've mostly changed what I was planning on changes. Of course still interested in your feedback. At this stange everyone has the ability to create a blog. You can do this within your preferences. |

Sometimes I think I was born backwards

The first thing I've noticed is that [dohtml][/dohtml] tags no longer work. Basically this means you'll have to link images the non-lazy way ([img][/img]) and use the new [flash][/flash] tag for embedded video. Here's an example of how you'd use the new flash tag...
In the above example, the two numbers are the resolution of the video, and the address is where the video is located. You can find this all out in the regular old embed video code. Below I've highlighted the resolution in red and the address info in blue. You should be able to mimic this on your own from this example :) Clearly this change screws with a butt load of posts, but there's not much to be done about that, besides go back and repair those posts. I haven't given up on trying to find a replacement for the tag though, I like being able to chuck HTML into a page... |

There isn't too much need to go and do that except for the current popular threads. It's a little more complicated to post videos but I'm sure those who wish to do so will continue to do so with this different method :) |

Looks nice. I'm not really familiar with Zetaboard--is this a default template? It's certainly a clean layout although perhaps the colours are a little strong. I always thought it was funny that the previous forum had a dohtml tag. I always believed the idea of BB codes was to prevent malicious use of HTML. It's not just to stop someone using <blink> or <marquee> :) If you weren't checking the HTML tag and attributes somehow, you could have been asking for a lot trouble--trouble your users may have paid the price for. |

Yeah this is the default template, isn't that cool but it does the job, much nicer than the IF default theme, but at the same time the colours do stand out tones. Everyones boards are now zeta, even my crummy old forums are Zeta now. Hopfuly the Zeta allows more to come here. |

I'm not sure if it's intentional or not, but you have a very large blank image below the users details on the left creating a large gap between posts. This is the HTML
Despite the defined height value in the HTML, the CSS is setting it to be 175 pixels high. |

I think Ingram was tooling around with the CSS... but I'm not sure if that means it's intentional or not lol |

So, Zeta isn't like phpBB where you install the forum on your own server? Zeta is it's own forum software hosted on their own servers? If this is the case, you can obviously control your own domain name with them. |

Yeah Zeta is hosted on their own servers and is a free based service you just join up too. Nothing to fancy, but it does the job. |

What browser are you using DrWorm? I don't see any gap that you're describing though I might be looking in the wrong place? The only changes I've made to the default CSS is to bold the custom field data such as the XBL Gamer tags etc. |
